Easter at Sunrise Church

We are online!  We are not closed!  We are active in our community!

Our in-person service is postponed until the positivity rate in Arizona has been lowered. We feel that the rate of cases plus the 20% positivity rate has to be lowered before we meet again in-person.  We are doing this out of precaution and safety for our people and our community.

Our online service can be viewed at 8:00 a.m. here each week.

We will still be alive and active with each other in our community.

Feeding People In Our Community - We just fed a family of 7 for a week!

Our church partnered with a school in a certain part of our city to feed a family who needed a week's worth of groceries.  They were glad to receive the food.  We rejoiced at the fact that we could serve Jesus in our community.

We are a small church with a BIG HEART.  One of the things we do at our church in the community is to feed hungry families.  Our church has fed over 50 families since August 2021.  Why?  We did it just for the reason of showing the love of Jesus Christ to our community.  You can see some of the pictures of purchase and delivery here.

Recent Sermons

We have started a new sermon series entitled THE BOOK OF MARK: MARCHING WITH THE MASTER.  The Book of Mark is like a march with Jesus that highlights the His authority, miracles, works of kindness, the Cross, and the Resurrection.  He is revealed as the King of the Ages.  We start with his Baptism and end with the Resurrection.

Today’s message is “How To Give A Demon Pain.”  The Scripture is Mark 1:21-28.  You will discover the authority of Jesus over the work of demons and Satan. You will always have the ultimate victory if you follow Jesus as a faithful disciple.

Our new worship leader is Blake Ivancich. He and the worship band have music ready to present today that will lead you to worship Jesus!   Watch and worship Jesus with us!!
