Do you want to break the bonds of depression and anxiety during this pandemic?  One way is to find a need in your community and help to meet the need (s).

Jesus said, “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Paul wrote, “ Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too” Philippians 4:3-4.

What happens when you do this is that you get your eyes off of yourself and invest yourself in others.  It also gives you a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Here are some examples of how people are helping meet needs in the community.
